Duroc Machine Tool Holding acquires Robot Nordic ApS to enhance Duroc Machine Tools Automation Solutions and Turn-Key Projects in Scandinavia and the Baltics

 

Stockholm, Sweden – Duroc Machine Tool Holding is pleased to announce the strategic acquisition of 51 percent of Danish Robot Nordic ApS effective July 1, 2024. This acquisition aims to strengthen Duroc Machine Tools capabilities in providing advanced automation solutions and turn-key projects to its customers across the Scandinavian and Baltic regions.

 

The partnership between Robot Nordic and Duroc Machine Tool marks an exciting development in our shared commitment to delivering high-end automation technologies in existing business and new business areas. By combining Robot Nordic’s expertise with Duroc Machine Tool’s capabilities, we’re creating new synergies that will enhance the solutions we provide to our customers.

Over the coming months, we will focus on the formalization of this cooperation to ensure a seamless integration. This process will involve close collaboration between the teams from Duroc Machine Tool and Robot Nordic to align our strategies, optimize our operations, and maximize the value we deliver to our customers.

 

Anders Martiny, the former sole owner of Robot Nordic, will continue in his role as Managing Director, ensuring continuity in leadership and a smooth transition as we move forward together.
