Duroc Machine Tool completes acquisition of Robot Nordic and strengthens its position in automated production solutions

Duroc Machine Tool has today signed the agreement to acquire the remaining 49% of the shares in Robot Nordic. Following the transaction, Robot Nordic will be 100% owned by Duroc Machine Tool and fully integrated into the group.

The acquisition marks an important strategic milestone in Duroc Machine Tool’s ambition to be the preferred partner for manufacturing companies looking to strengthen their competitiveness through modern technology, automation and digitalisation.
