At Australian Bodycare, we have installed this automation solution to streamline the final stage of production – packaging and palletizing.

The end-of-line solution consists of two pneumatic systems: a medium-sized palletizing system based on a FANUC cobot, which transfers products from the conveyor belt to Euro pallets, and a packaging system based on a DENSO robot, which places the finished products into smaller cardboard boxes.

The robots take over a significant portion of the manual handling of products. The FANUC cobot ensures that products are placed correctly and consistently on the Euro pallets, while the DENSO robot streamlines the product packaging process.

With this solution, Australian Bodycare optimizes space utilization within the production facility and ensures consistent packaging and palletizing processes. At the same time, manual workload is reduced while maintaining a high level of operational reliability.

The system also enables a consistent production speed, resulting in more efficient workflows.
